Summary: Property does not have elevator or escalator to second floor. This was problematic for mobility limited guest. They would not move us to ground floor despite our early arrival.

Summary: I was disappointed that the pool was not available for early morning due to being surrounded by rooms. It was nice of the front desk person to allow me to access the pool early but I did not want to make noise, the hot tub was broken and the pool freezing. The drain in the tub was rusty. But the room was comfortable and staff was great.

Summary: We were met by a wonderful front desk attendant who checked us in. When we asked about the continental breakfast that was included in our fee, we were told, that because the next day was a holiday, the restaurant would be closed. The room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable; however, several things in the bathroom could use an update: the door didnt fit in the jamb, so didn't close properly; there was questionable staining on the bathroom ceiling; and the door hinges and towel rack had rust spots. When we checked out, we had to ask for a discount, as compensation for no breakfast, which the desk clerk gave us....nothing would have been done, if we didn't ask.
